When we were looking at various CRM choices for our fundraising initiative, I reached out to the Nonprofit Center of the Berkshires, and they referred me to Amy.  I knew Amy from the Berkshire Business and Professional Women group we belonged to, and I was happy to see she offered these great services.  Right from the start, she was so helpful.  She helped me understand and choose Little Green Light.  For the past two months, she has been teaching me everything there is to know about LGL.  She is an amazing teacher!  So knowledgeable, patient, and fun to work with.  She’s also an Excel wiz.  We met once weekly, and she held my hand through this daunting process.  I am now a rock star at The Berkshire Eagle thanks to Amy!  We have a working CRM that will bring our fundraising to a whole new level.  If you are thinking of hiring her, don’t think, do it.  You won’t be sorry.

Amy worked with CATA to help us identify solutions and convert from eTapestry to Bloomerang; a process which was extremely collaborative and tailored to our needs. With our new system in place, CATA is able to use our data in a way that was never possible before, and extensive cleanup during the conversion made our 15-year-old data good as new! Since our conversion, Amy has stayed on to help us with a variety of maintenance and cleanup projects, including a Quickbooks integration. Amy Chin was hired to assist in the creation of our annual board reports as well as the way we code our data in Raiser’s Edge. After just a few meetings we nailed down a great system for reporting that makes sense and above all is extremely accurate. I have had the pleasure to work with Amy Chin now since April 2016.
