Amy’s services will be invaluable to any nonprofit looking for help with their software. When our organization went to upgrade our aging database, Amy helped at every step along the way. She identified new systems that had the features we needed, guided us in evaluating options and making a final decision, acted as an “owners rep” during the conversion process, and helped us clean and (re)organize 16 years’ worth of data. I have had the pleasure to work with Amy Chin now since April 2016. Amy came in to help us figure out how we could recreate some very complicated quarterly board reports which had been a major challenge for us over the last three or four years. Amy Chin was hired to assist in the creation of our annual board reports as well as the way we code our data in Raiser’s Edge. After just a few meetings we nailed down a great system for reporting that makes sense and above all is extremely accurate. Amy has helped us to put full confidence and own our numbers that we present to the board, as well as saving the department valuable work time to be used for other tasks. Over the past few months she has helped me to develop more skills as a database administrator: creating and using macros, If/Then statements in Access and Excel, and much more.
